Our Cardio Boxing classes are truly one of a kind. You will incorporate the basic fundamentals of boxing mixed with high levels of cardiovascular exercise to sweat like you've never sweat before. These classes are 50-minutes and will leave you motivated, inspired and exhausted by the last buzzer! You've never boxed before? No problem! These classes are designed to cater to all skill and activity levels. We offer monthly memberships, class packages and daily drop-in's!
