WHAT TO EXPECT

Our High intensity interval training (HIIT) class is designed to promote the increase of lean muscle mass and drastically decrease body fat. This 50-minute class encompasses various exercises in a circuit based format that will challenge your muscular strength while testing your cardiovascular endurance. These classes are designed to meet all activity levels, from postpartum all the way to a Division 1 athlete. Every class progressively builds off of one another and are strategically designed to prevent your body from plateauing.
