Grady is a veteran of the United States Army where he served as a 12 Bravo, Combat Engineer. After exiting the Army, Grady followed his passion for health and fitness and became a personal trainer in 2012. Grady has worked in the private and corporate sectors of the fitness industry. Grady specializes in strength and conditioning, balance and stability, athletic and agility training and TRX training. He currently holds the following qualifications;
