Tyler grew up in Upstate New York where he often found himself running around the local gym with his mom. Although he didn’t partake in it at the time, the experience ultimately landed him into his first CrossFit gym in 2016. This is where Tyler found his love for health and fitness. He began this new journey as a novice and slowly saw himself grow, both mentally and physically. In 2018 he took the plunge and completed his Crossfit Level 1 certification and began coaching at a local gym. Tyler fell in love with watching people’s growth, whether it was mastering a new skill or getting stronger at a lift. After taking some time off to explore other career opportunities, in 2021 Tyler found Anarchy Fitness where his love of fitness, coaching and community were regulated.
