AnarchyFit is a High Intensity Functional Body Building (HIFBB) program that focuses on increasing strength & conditioning through functional strength training exercises combined with aerobic and anaerobic conditioning exercises.
AnarchyPower is a progressive strength building program to increase the strength and endurance of every muscle group. The objective of this class is to allow our community to perform isometric and plyometric strength building exercises in order to build muscle, gain strength and become more powerful.
Olympic lifting is a designated hour a week to work on the skill and technique needed to complete the two olympic movements, the clean and jerk and the snatch. This class focuses solely on increasing your competence in these movements and allow you to preform this movement in low and high intensity atmospheres.
