AnarchyFit is our staple program at Anarchy Fitness. AnarchyFit follows a strength and conditioning program that utilizes methodologies from traditional interval training, HIIT, Olympic weightlifting, endurance racing, military training and sports/speed performance to comprise the most metabolically flexible program out there.
AnarchyPower is designed to bring 1on1 personal training to a group level where you will follow a progressive strength building program to increase the strength and endurance of every muscle group. The objective of this class is to allow our community to perform isometric and plyometric strength building exercises in order to build muscle, gain strength and become more powerful.
AnarchyHIIT is our newest addition to our Saturday schedule. This program combines interval training and functional body building. During these classes you will not only burn a significant amount of calories, but put your mind and body through multiple strength and conditioning tests.
This is a great entry level class before our AnarchyFit program.
